Larry Rupp Presents Vegetative Plant Propagation for Gardeners

Larry Rupp is retired from Utah State University where he taught plant propagation for many years.  He enjoys propagating native plants for potential use in low water, urban landscapes. 

He also enjoys teaching the age-old propagation skills that give everyone the opportunity to feel the thrill of seeing new plants begin.
